All payments made (consultation, online ordeing, booking, and deposits) are non-refundable. In the event that the Client cancels after the garment has entered production, no refund will be issued.
In the event that the designer doesn't deliver in the timeline a full refund will be given. In the event that the package/s are delayed or not delivered in time the Kenny Kas Clothing company is not responsible.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Non-Custom Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 weeks or less.

• Made-to-Order / Custom Items: These are handcrafted and require additional time. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production and shipping.

Shipping Responsibility

• Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Kenny Kas Clothing is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for items shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

International Shipping

• Customs fees, import duties, and international taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
