Shipping Policy - the basics

Processing & Shipping Times

Non-Custom Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 weeks or less.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: These are handcrafted and require additional time. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production and shipping.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Kenny Kas Clothing is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for items shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

International Shipping

Customs fees, import duties, and international taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
