All sales with Kenny Kas Clothing are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged. Custom and made-to-order garments are non-refundable under all circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Non-Custom Items
For ready-to-wear or non-custom items, we may accept returns for store credit or exchange only, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as each garment is handcrafted specifically for the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [insert email] within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored. Upon review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our sole discretion.
